General conditions of hire for
holiday caravans/camping pitches

The Proprietor/s reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at their discretion * If the park rules are flouted, if nuisance is caused to other guests or park property is subjected to malicious damage or theft then the occupation of rental caravans or pitch will be terminated without remuneration * The proprietor/s accepts no responsibility for personal injury to guests or loss or damage to their property or for other matters over which the proprietor/s have no control * Reservations for pitches/caravans can be made provided a deposit has reached us at least five working days prior to arrival for cheques and postal orders. Alternative instant payment can be made electronically over the phone by Switch, Visa, JcB, Delta, Eurocard or Mastercard etc. NB 1.8% charge on Credit cards – no charge on Debit cards * Deposits are required for any booking * Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation * Cancellations one week prior to arrival are liable to the full rental value unless the caravan/pitch is re-let. There are no refunds on early departures * No reservations accepted unless accompanied by a fully completed and signed booking form. Details will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your remuneration * All reserved pitches/caravans MUST be taken up by 7.00 pm. No arrivals accepted after 9.00 pm. Earliest arrival on reserved touring/camping pitches from 12 noon. Departures from pitches no later than 11.00 am. Prices quoted per pitch. Arrival times for holiday caravans are from 3.00 pm and departures before 10.00 am. Your caravan may not be ready on early arrival and cannot be guaranteed at 3.00 pm. First car free per caravan or pitch * Extra cars, 1 boat or trailer will be charged at current brochure rates * All children under 16 years of age to be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years * No single sex parties except at proprietors discretion * For the comfort of everyone please use your radio, television at moderate volume * Being a small quiet site means that large groups or families may not be accepted on site together at one time * Numbers will be restricted. During busy times in the main season Park Guests are requested to meet visitors off site * No washing line other than those approved by the proprietor to be used on site * Childrens games are allowed provided they do not annoy others – please check first * With regret it is ill advised to play ball games such as football, cricket etc in a confined area unless proper supervision is maintained by the children’s guardians/parents. Only soft balls are allowed. No kites or frisbees on site please * The number of persons must not exceed the number of berths per caravan (details of occupancy located in each caravan) * Please bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths as these are NOT provided. We ask that no caravan bedding or equipment be used outside or be taken off premises * Although we inspect and clean before each occupation, caravans and equipment must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Dirty units and equipment will incur a loss of £50.00 penalty * Damage to caravans and ancillary equipment must be reported. A charge may be made against broken or missing items. An inventory for each unit is available at reception for inspection * SORRY, NO DOGS OR PETS IN OUR HOLIDAY CARAVANS.
